Who WE ARE

Rachel and Michael Dube are the co-founders and executive leadership team behind the Moments to Memories Fund, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for individuals and families in need. With over 15 years of experience each in youth development and community engagement, they bring a wealth of expertise to their mission of transforming lives through impactful moments.

Rachel’s background includes serving as the Jewish Community Liaison at Englewood Hospital for five years, where she fostered strong community relationships. Michael, affectionately known as “Coach Mike,” led the sports program at Camp Lavi for a decade, developing comprehensive athletic initiatives. Together, they co-founded Elite Method, a premier one-on-one coaching program that enhances children’s confidence, character, and athletic skills. As life coaches, Rachel and Michael are dedicated to helping individuals of all ages achieve their personal best.

Michael played a pivotal role in the growth of Sharing Seats, a charitable organization that has provided thousands of event tickets to children in need. Building on this legacy, the Moments to Memories Fund aims to create lasting memories for those facing challenges, reinforcing the Dubes’ commitment to community upliftment.

Proud parents to Jacob (22) and Sienna (19), Rachel and Michael draw inspiration from their family in their ongoing efforts to empower and support others.
